On Sunday, May 21, 2023, the Shadowbrook Estate on Marrowbone Lake again hosts the Nashville Section’s Annual Shadowbrook Mercedes-Benz Concours d’Elegance. The car show will begin at 11:00 a.m. and lunch is served at noon. Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, Mercedes-Benz of Nashville and B. Riley Wealth Management, the lunch will be free for our members and their guests.
Shadowbrook is the chance to bring out your Mercedes-Benz and show it off to your fellow members. And don't worry if your ride might not be a Pebble Beach or Amelia Island winner: the Shadowbrook Concours is a friendly, people’s choice show as most of our cars spend their lives as daily drivers. So get out the detailer, buff up that Three-Pointed Star in your garage, and come and have fun with your fellow Mercedes owners. Arrive by 11:00 a.m. to enjoy the beautiful cars in Shadowbrook's park-like setting before lunch.
We will have seven classes:
Class 1: Pre-1990 SL
Class 2: R129 SL
Class 3: 2003 & Later SL
Class 4: Sedans & Wagons
Class 5: Coupes & Cabriolets
Class 6: SUVs
Class 7: AMG & Modified
Registrations for the event total 69 guests and 38 cars. As always, the most beautiful Mercedes will receive the coveted Nelson Davenport Trophy for Best of Show. Along with that honor, anticipated awards include Best of Class in each of the seven classes, Mark Lambert award, and Presidents' Selection. Of course, there will also be a Display Class for those who would rather not have their Mercedes judged.
Happy Motoring!
